How we deliver

Assess. Deploy. Keep improving.

01

Survey

Doors, shutters, roof lights, the corridor the cleaner uses at 7pm. We design around real movement, not a rectangle on a floor plan.

02

Install

Panels, PIRs, contacts, signalling and user codes set so opening and closing is a habit, not a faff that people bypass.

03

Respond

Keyholders, engineer attendance, and changes when you take a new unit or move a partition. The drawing stays current.

What’s included

Driving results without compromise

Detection that matches the risk

Contacts, PIRs, and extra coverage where stock or vehicles sit. We will argue against a detector that only catches the kettle.

Signalling you can explain

How the event leaves the building, who gets it, and what happens at 2am. Written down before go-live.

Works with CCTV

An alarm event can bring up the camera that matters. Physical security should not be three apps and a guess.

Alarms for Hampshire SMEs, not a domestic pack

A house alarm on a warehouse wall is how you get nuisance activations and a system nobody arms. Axis IT specifies business detection for offices, industrial units and mixed sites — then supports it like the rest of your technology.

What we settle before we drill

Who opens and closes. Whether the cleaner and the director need different codes. Which zones are 24-hour. How you want signalling handled. If that conversation does not happen, the panel will be in unset more often than not.

CCTV verification and access control

An activation with no picture is a phone call in the dark. We design CCTV and alarms together when the site needs both. Hotels and venues can add hospitality access control so the door event and the camera sit in one story.

Takeover versus replace

If the existing system is documented and the devices still make sense, a takeover is cheaper than ripping it out. If nobody has a code, the signalling is dead, and the last engineer retired, we will quote a replacement instead of charging you to inherit a mystery.

Axis IT’s XDR solution has been a game changer for our business. Before we implemented it, we were constantly concerned about potential breaches. The system they’ve set up has massively improved our security.

We’ve been using Axis IT’s 3CX-powered VoIP system for several months and it’s transformed how we manage communications — call forwarding, voicemail-to-email, and crystal-clear quality.

Questions we often get asked

Still have questions? Contact us

Do you install intruder alarms for businesses?

Yes. We survey, specify detection, install and support wired and wireless alarm systems for offices, yards and mixed-use premises across Hampshire.

What happens when the alarm goes off?

That is the question to settle before we fit anything. Keyholder list, signalling path, and whether you want CCTV verification on the same event. We write that down, we do not leave it as a sticker on the panel.

Can an alarm work with CCTV?

Yes. An activation can pull the relevant cameras so someone is looking at the right picture, not guessing from a zone number. See our CCTV systems page for how we design that together.

Do you take over an existing alarm?

Often. If the panel, devices and signalling are sound we will take on maintenance and keyholder updates. If the system is a decade of add-ons with no drawing, we will say so before you pay for a takeover that cannot be supported.
